Seminar Lynn Mckay

Registered figure skaters of CPA LaSalle are invited to a seminar that will be given by the following special guests:

Lynn McKay is an internationally recognized coach at the Junior and Senior level, having achieved NCCP Level-5 certification.  She has actively sat on many regional, provincial, and national skating committees.  She is an Alumni member of Skate Canada, and is the founder and director of the École de Patinage LMK International Skating School.  She has trained and directed many athletes to podium positions, and Canadian and international titles in singles, pairs, and ice dance.

Shantal Bienvenu is a dancer and professional model for more than 15 years, dance teacher (multiple styles) and also a personal trainer.  She is an off-ice trainer for dance, stretching, and muscle toning for various figure skating clubs for more than 15 years.

If you wish to attend the seminar, please complete the form shown below, and return it to your coach, or to the CPA Lasalle office before 1 December 2018.  For the off-ice activity, please bring running shoes and a towel or exercise mat.
